復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬中山醫(yī)院外籍醫(yī)師來院進修項目實施辦法

我院開設(shè)外籍醫(yī)師進修項目旨在促進中外醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)交流發(fā)展，為加強外籍醫(yī)師來華短期行醫(yī)的管理，保障醫(yī)患雙方的合法權(quán)益，確保進修管理質(zhì)量，特制定本辦法。
外籍醫(yī)師下載《復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬中山醫(yī)院外籍進修醫(yī)生申請表》，一式二份， 經(jīng)科室主任審核后，于申請表上簽字同意，之后再提前交到到繼續(xù)教育科辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)。
進修：
外籍醫(yī)師進修學(xué)習(xí)期間不可獨立從事任何醫(yī)療行為，否則將予以退進修處理。 進修時間：以月為單位，一個月至一年。 進修期間食宿自理。 進修費：外籍4800人民幣/月，港澳臺2000元人民幣/月。
參觀：
外籍醫(yī)師在本院不能從事任何醫(yī)療診治活動，進修時間：以周為單位，期間食宿自理。參觀學(xué)習(xí)費：外籍3000人民幣/周，港澳臺1800元人民幣/周。
外籍進修醫(yī)生在華期間，需遵守中國的法律和法規(guī)，不從事任何危害中國社會秩序的，與本人來華學(xué)習(xí)身份不相符合的活動；在學(xué)期間，遵守醫(yī)院的規(guī)章制度。
Implementation Approach of the Continuing Study Project for Foreign Physicians in Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University
We carried out the continuing study project for foreign physicians in Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University, which aimed at promoting medical technology between china and the other countries. The approach has been formulated to ensure the management quality of short-term practice for foreign physicians in the hospital and the legal interest protection of both doctors and patients.
1. Foreign doctors can download Application Form for International Doctors of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. After filling in the information, foreign doctors should hand the form to the chief of the department applied for verifying and signing，then return the completed form to the Continuing Education Section of Zhongshan Hospital.
3. Foreign doctors for training can’t not be allowed to take medical practice independently in Zhongshan Hospital for no short-term practice license. Study period: at least one month, at most twelve months (by month). Study with board and lodging excluded. Study fee: 4800 RMB per month for foreigners, 2000 RMB per month for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan people.
7. Foreign doctors for visiting can’t be allowed to take any medical practice. Study period: at least one week. Study with board and lodging excluded. The fee for a visit is 3000 RMB per week for foreigners, 1800 RMB per week for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan people.
8. During the stay in China, foreign doctors should abide by the laws and decrees of the Chinese government, and will not participate in any activity which is deemed to be adverse to the social order in China or inappropriate to the capacity as a student; foreign doctors should also observe the rules and regulations of Zhongshan Hospital.
